As such, we offer an industry-leading No-Hassle 100% Money-Back Guarantee that for any domestic order includes not only outbound shipping and handling charges but return shipping as well.  If you, as the original purchaser, are dissatisfied with your Xwerx product purchased from www.xtendplay.com for any reason, contact Xwerx Customer Service to be sent a pre-paid return shipping label and return the product to us in its original, undamaged packaging within 60 days from the date of purchase.  Upon receipt of the returned item in re-stockable condition, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase price, including shipping.  International Customers wishing to return an Xwerx product purchased through xtendplay.com also have a 60-day window for refunds, however, Xwerx will not refund either outbound or inbound shipping charges.

If you purchased your Xwerx product from an Xwerx retail partner, please contact them regarding their return policy.

Xwerx further warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. It also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. This warranty applies to Xwerx products purchased at www.xtendplay.com or from any of Xwerx's retail partners.

Xwerx, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Xwerx, Inc. makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Process for Warranty Returns

 

1.  ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST FIRST RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION. E-mail us at cs@xtendplay.com providing us the following information: 



a. Name and contact information
b. Date and location purchased
c. Description of the problem(s). Order number if purchased at xtendyourgame.com or location and date of purchase (name of retailer, city, state)

2.  Once you receive a return authorization from us, ship the product, the UPC/barcode from the package, and the original Proof of Purchase (copies not accepted) to the following address:

3.  Within 7-10 business days of receipt, we will process the warranty return and contact you regarding resolution of the problem.

Orders and Shipping

Orders placed via the Xwerx website ship no later than the next business day after the order was placed.  Orders placed prior to 3PM PST on non-holiday weekdays will likely ship same day.  Order-confirmation emails are sent when orders are placed, and shipping-notification emails including tracking information are sent at the time orders ship.  Xwerx partners with Amazon.com for order fulfillment, so shipping-notification emails may come from Amazon, Xwerx, or both.

International Orders

Xwerx has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from XtendPlay. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
